§ 308. Penalty.

Unless otherwise provided herein, any person violating any provision of this chapter shall be guilty of an offense and, upon conviction thereof, shall be punished by a fine of not more than Five Hundred Dollars ($500.00), excluding costs, and/or by imprisonment in the City jail for a period of not more than ninety (90) days.
