§ 204. Report suspects.

Police officers shall report to their commanding officer all persons known or suspected of being gamblers, receivers of stolen property, thieves, burglars, prostitutes or offenders of any kind who may live in or frequently visit their territories. They shall exert their best efforts to locate gambling houses, houses of prostitution or places where intoxicating liquors or contraband are illegally held, manufactured or sold.
