§ 404. State law.

The provisions of this chapter and all other laws and regulations governing eligibility for membership, contributions, benefits, transfer of service time and any other aspect of the Oklahoma Police Pension and Retirement System provisions applicable to the City of Tulsa police officers shall be subject to the provisions of 11 O.S.1991, §§ 50-101, et seq. , as amended.
