§ 403. Legal advisor, litigation.
The City Attorney of the City of Tulsa, or his designee, shall be the legal advisor of the Local Board, shall appear on behalf of the Local Board at its meetings and shall represent it in suits brought by or against the Local Board. In the event the Local Board determines that there is a concern or conflict of interest in the handling of any litigation wherein the City of Tulsa is named as a party, the Local Board is authorized to retain additional or other legal counsel in its discretion. The Local Board shall notify the State Board immediately upon involvement of the Local Board in litigation of any nature and shall set forth in detail the specific nature of the involvement.
