§ 104. Certificate required.

A.

A person shall not operate a taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire within the City unless he is in possession of a current and valid certificate.

B.

Certificates shall not be sold, assigned or otherwise transferred.

C.

All holders currently authorized to operate their service in the City of Tulsa shall have ninety (90) days from and after the effective date of this ordinance to comply with all the provisions of this title, except that certificate fees shall be due and payable on June 30.
