§ 114. Vehicle permit renewal.

A.

On or before April 30 of each year, the holder or chauffeur of a taxicab, or paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire service which has been permitted under this chapter may renew the vehicle permit. The Director shall not renew the permit until:

1.

The annual inspection and permit fees have been paid;

2.

The vehicle complies with the provisions of Sections 113, 136 and 137 of this chapter; and

3.

Proof of compliance with Section 111 of this chapter is furnished.

B.

The Director shall affix the new permit to the windshield of the vehicle.
