§ 121. Temporary chauffeur license.

A.

A person satisfying all other provisions of Section 118 of this chapter may be issued a temporary chauffeur's license pending the receipt by the Director of a criminal record report as required by Subsection 118.E. herein.

B.

A processing fee of Sixty Dollars ($60.00) and a temporary license fee of Fifteen Dollars ($15.00) shall be paid prior to the issuance of a temporary license. Upon issuance of the annual license, the temporary license fee shall be credited to the annual fee required in Subsection 118.I.
