§ 122. Falsification of a license or permit.

It shall be unlawful and an offense for any person to:

A.

Forge, alter, copy or counterfeit a taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire chauffeur's license or vehicle permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter; or

B.

Possess a forged, altered, copied or counterfeit taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire chauffeur's license or vehicle permit issued pursuant to the provisions of this chapter.
