§ 130. Delay of passengers prohibited.

When any person employs a taxicab, paratransit vehicle or utility vehicle for hire and occupies it as a passenger, the chauffeur shall not remain parked nor delay the transporting of the passenger to his requested destination for a period exceeding five (5) minutes unless the nature of the service requested by all passengers occupying the vehicle requires such delay.
