§ 1407. Cost recovery for special events.

Special events requiring additional services, as requested by the Organizer and/or as determined by the Special Events Coordinator or other City official shall require service fees. Fees for additional services shall be calculated by the appropriate City department and invoiced to the special event organizers after the special event occurs. A schedule of such approved fees for such services follows:
Department Service Calculation Fee City of Tulsa Security Special Event and Services Per Hour/Position Parking and Oversize Loads Minimum 3 Hours $30.00 Fire Department Special Event and Services Per Hour/Position Fire and Medical Support Minimum 3 Hours $50.00 Police Department Special Event and Services Per Hour/Position Traffic and Crowd Control Minimum 3 Hours $50.00 Police Department Special Event and Services Per Hour/Position Barricades and Signage Minimum 4 Hours $50.00 Streets and Stormwater Special Event and Services Per Hour/Position Miscellaneous Support Minimum 4 Hours $30.00 Traffic Engineer Special Event and Services Per Hour/Position Traffic Signal Lights Minimum 3 Hours $30.00
