The lines or marks on the curb or on the street, designate the parking space or spaces
for which the meter is to be used and each vehicle parked alongside of or next to
any parking meter or in any space designated by signage, curb markings or other control
system, as a metered space, shall park within the lines or markings so established.
It shall be unlawful and an offense to park any such vehicle across any such line
or marks or to park such vehicle in such way that the same shall not be within the
area so designated by such lines or markings.
