§ 2001. Authorization to endorse approval and acceptance of beneficial interest.

The Mayor and City Auditor are hereby authorized, instructed and directed to endorse upon the original of said Trust Indenture the approval of the City of Tulsa of said Trust Indenture creating the Vietnam Veterans Memorial Trust and the City's acceptance of the beneficial interest therein, and to cause said Trust Indenture to be recorded in the office of the County Clerk of Tulsa County, Oklahoma.
