§ 303. Authorizing and directing execution and delivery of document.

The Mayor and the City Auditor of the City of Tulsa are hereby authorized and directed to endorse upon the original of said amendment the approval of the City of Tulsa of said Amendment to Trust Indenture creating the Tulsa Metropolitan Water Authority, and the City's acceptance of the beneficial interest therein.
