§ 304. Effective date.

Latest version.

This amendment shall not become effective until filed with the County Clerk of Tulsa County, Oklahoma, which filing shall occur only after payment, discharge, defeasance or other satisfaction of all Tulsa Metropolitan Water Authority notes, bonds and debentures incurred prior to February 13, 1984.
