§ 423. Approval by City of form and substance of Second Supplemental Bond Indenture dated June 1, 1971.

The City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the beneficiary of the Tulsa Municipal Airport Trust, hereby approves the form and substance of the second supplemental bond indenture, dated as of the 1st day of June, 1971, by and between the trustees of the Tulsa Municipal Airport Trust and the Morgan Guaranty Trust Company of New York, New York, under which, together with the bond indenture supplemented thereby, the bonds approved in Section 422 hereof shall be issued, which form of second supplemental bond indenture has been filed with the City Auditor and is hereby made a part of the official record of the minutes of this meeting, and said trustees are hereby authorized to execute such second supplemental bond indenture; provided that prior to such execution there shall be inserted in said second supplemental bond indenture the various details of said bonds determined in accordance with the provisions of Section 422 hereof; and provided, further, that prior to such execution modifications or amendments to said second supplemental bond indenture which do not substantially change the tenor thereof may be made by the parties thereto.
