§ 424. Approval by City of form and substance of Third Amendment to Sublease between Trustees and American Airlines, Inc., dated June 1, 1971.

The City of Tulsa, Oklahoma, the beneficiary of the Tulsa Municipal Airport Trust, hereby approves the form and substance of the Third Amendment to the Sublease dated as of the 1st day of June, 1971, by and between the trustees of the Tulsa Municipal Airport Trust and American Airlines, Inc., whereby the improvements approved in Section 421 hereof shall be leased to American Airlines, Inc., which form of the Third Amendment to the Sublease has been filed with the City Auditor and is hereby made a part of the official record of the minutes of this meeting, and said trustees are hereby authorized to execute such Third Amendment to the Sublease; provided, however, that prior to such execution modifications or amendments to said Third Amendment to the Sublease which do not substantially change the tenor thereof may be made by the parties thereto.
