§ 1003. Offices, meetings and review.

    The Tulsa Youth Council shall elect a chairperson and a vice-chairperson from its membership, and shall create such other offices or committees as it may determine are necessary. The Tulsa Youth Council shall hold at least two (2) meetings per month, in accordance with the Oklahoma Open Meetings Law. It shall make quarterly reports to the Tulsa City Council of its activities and business at a regularly scheduled meeting of the City Council. It shall maintain and file with the City Clerk such rules, regulations and bylaws as it deems best to govern its actions, subject to local, state and federal law; and a record of its resolutions, transactions, findings and determinations.

    B.

    The Tulsa Youth Council shall hold a strategic planning session every three (3) years to revise its vision statement and establish new goals and objectives, beginning in September 2011. The strategic plan shall be officially presented to and reviewed by the Tulsa City Council.
