§ 304. Designation of fiscal agent for the City.

Upon recommendation by the Director of Finance, following the request for and receipt of competitive bids, the Mayor shall designate a financial institution to serve as registrar or transfer and paying agent for City of Tulsa bond issues. Such designation shall be subject to any requirements as set forth in the Charter of the City of Tulsa and the statutes of the state of Oklahoma.
