§ 324. House mover's bond and insurance.

A.

Pursuant to Title 51, Chapter 4, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, Section 1303.3, the bond required to be given by a licensed house mover for the benefit of the City and any private person or corporation sustaining damages under the conditions of such bond shall be in the amount of Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00).

B.

Pursuant to Title 51, Chapter 4, Tulsa Revised Ordinances, Section 1303.5, the amount of general liability insurance which a house mover shall provide to indemnify the City and the public for claims arising out of work to be performed shall be not less than Ten Thousand Dollars ($10,000.00) for bodily injury to or death of one person in one accident; in an amount not less than Twenty-Five Thousand Dollars ($25,000.00) for personal injury or death of more than one person in one accident; and in an amount not less than Five Thousand Dollars ($5,000.00) for property damage. The policy providing such coverage shall not be canceled or modified without giving at least thirty (30) days' written notice to the City of Tulsa.
