§ 501. Swimming pools.

In-ground pools. In-ground pools shall be designed and constructed in conformance with American National Standards Institute/National Spa and Pool Institute (ANSI/NSPI) Standard Reference Number 5-99.

B.

Above-ground and on-ground pools. Above-ground and on-ground pools shall be designed and constructed in conformance with American National Standards Institute/National Spa and Pool Institute (ANSI/NSPI) Standard Reference Number 4-99.
