§ 502. Spas and hot tubs.

A.

Permanently installed spas and hot tubs. Permanently installed spas and hot tubs shall be designed and constructed in conformance with American National Standards Institute/National Spa and Pool Institute (ANSI/NSPI) Standard Reference Number 3-99.

B.

Portable spas and hot tubs. Portable spas and hot tubs shall be designed and constructed in conformance with American National Standards Institute/National Spa and Pool Institute (ANSI/NSPI) Standard Reference Number 6-99.
