§ 205. Preparation of curbside yard waste for collection.
A.
Curbside yard waste may be placed in the solid waste cart only when it fits in the primary solid waste cart, on the primary service day, with the lid closed and does not impede the free flow of materials from the cart when it is being emptied. Grass clippings, weeds and leaves must be placed in a bag before being placed in the solid waste cart. All other curbside yard waste may be placed loosely in the solid waste cart. Curbside yard waste shall not be placed in the recycling cart. Curbside yard waste placed for collection at a residential service unit shall consist only of curbside yard waste generated at the location of such residential service unit.
B.
Curbside yard waste bags or bundles shall be placed for collection curbside under the following circumstances:

Bags are clear and are securely tied. The bag and contents of the bag must weigh no more than forty (40) pounds.
2.
Each bundle must not exceed four (4) feet in length by two (2) feet in diameter and must be securely tied with twine or string. Each bundle must weigh no more than forty (40) pounds.
3.
A maximum of fifteen (15) items placed outside the cart(s) shall be set out for collection each week. The collection limit applies to any combination of bags affixed with an extra refuse sticker, clear bags containing curbside yard waste and/or bundles of curbside yard waste.
